SPSource requires Features directory to be all caps

Dec 22, 2009 at 8:54 PM

I use another great tool called SPVisualDev with WSPBuilder and SPVisualDev creates "Features" directory instead of WSPBuilder's "FEATURES" directory. SPSource seems to work only with "FEATURES". This looks like a bug in SPSource, a great tool though.

There is an option in the latest build to run SPSource without handling the FEATURES folder (its a simple additional command line argument - -OverrideFeatureDirectoryCheck or -o). I will raise this as a change request to account for Features as well as FEATURES directory.
